About My Clients
No matter what you are struggling with, finding a safe space to explore your concerns is important to improving your mental & emotional health. Whether you are working through gender or sexuality concerns, past or current trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you improve your mental & emotional well-being. As an affirming, mindfulness-based therapist, I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in order to achieve their short & long term goals.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I use a client-centered approach to counseling, focused on safety and acceptance. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I provide individual, couple, & family counseling using systemic and family-centered approaches. My office hours are flexible to meet your scheduling needs. I am able to provide evening and weekend appointment times, both in person and via telehealth.
