Randi Racenstein works with children, parents, and adults with a focus on those with trauma, anxiety disorders and/or depression. Her specialties include child interactive play therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, family counseling, and group therapy.
My Background and Approach
Sometimes, feelings convince you to stay where you are because it feels safe. Moving forward takes a willingness and commitment to change; it is very tough to tackle this change alone. Randi Racenstein (she/her/hers) , could be your guiding light and anchor on this perceived to be intimidating journey. She has helped a wide variety of populations, including parents and children with special needs, geriatrics, teenagers and adults, people struggling with trauma, anxiety and/or depression, and others who quite simply want to find out more about who they are. In addition, she has dedicated time working as a preschool teacher for 6 years. It would be her honor to work with you as a therapist and partner on your healing path
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it is important in giving people space to be themselves so that they can feel heard and seen. I value kindness, empathy, and freedom to be who you are. In addition I give clients a consistent, trustworthy safe place to work through their thoughts and feelings and believe in being accessible to my clients.
