About My Clients
Something keeps happening — the same arguments, the same anxiety, the same stuck feeling. Or maybe it's something that has quietly taken over more of your life than it should have. You've tried to stop it. You may have tried therapy, conversations, self-help. And still it keeps happening. You don't want to understand it better or manage it more effectively. You want it gone. You've waited long enough. That's exactly who I work with.
My Background and Approach
My work doesn't manage what keeps happening — it disappears it. Instead of endless discussion, we go directly to where the noise and distortion have been — and clear them. Not talk about them. Not process them. Not manage them. Clear them. What replaces it isn't a coping strategy. It's a cleaner, more accurate way of seeing things — one that becomes automatic and natural, the way a language becomes fluent. What follows is clarity, ease, and a sense of power and flexibility most people didn't think was still possible. The first shift usually arrives sooner than people expect. And most people, once they experience what's possible, find there's more they want to address. The question was never how long it takes. It's how much of your life you want to be yours. I work with individuals and couples in San Antonio and throughout Texas by secure video. Sessions are 60 minutes. Longer sessions are available.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
Most people who find their way here have been dealing with something for a long time — and haven't been able to make it stop. Some have spent years in therapy. Others have tried everything else. Some haven't tried anything at all. Your mind works perfectly. It's doing exactly what it was designed to do. The problem is the information it was given. Early on, before you had any say, you were taught to see and make sense of things in a way that was never fully accurate. Glitchy information, running on a perfectly functioning mind. That’s the discomfort — not something broken, not a character flaw. Outdated information that was never updated. The labels that get attached — anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, etc. — describe what's felt, not what’s causing it. That distinction is everything. Nothing needs to be excavated or processed. It simply needs to be updated. And when it is — suffering disappears. All orientations and relationship structures. LGBTQ+ affirming.
