About My Clients
We do best when we feel safe, understood and supported in relationships that matter most. This is why my work is grounded in attachment theory and designed to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationships with others or yourself. I work with clients of all ages, especially adolescents and adults. I additionally specialize in working with those of any age navigating identify, gender, and transition.
