About My Clients
Anxiety, depression, and trauma can deeply shape daily life, affecting thoughts, emotions, relationships, the body, and a person’s sense of safety and hope. Using EMDR, I’ve helped clients move through years of shame, guilt, and fear stemming from painful experiences—whether abuse, traumatic events, a deep fear of dogs, or anxiety around driving. Many came into therapy feeling helpless or overwhelmed, and through EMDR, they were able to reclaim a sense of strength, safety, and control.
My Background and Approach
I've worked with couples and individuals with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My style is warm, calm, and deeply client-centered. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I follow your pace while offering gentle guidance, using reflective listening and curious questions to help you explore what feels important to you. Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
