About My Clients
My ideal client feels the weight of "doing it all" while navigating systemic oppression, anxiety, or identity shifts. I best serve Black and queer folks, neurodivergent individuals, activists, and creatives tired of performative healing. Whether you’re processing intergenerational trauma, navigating ADHD/autism in a rigid world, or challenging heteronormativity, I offer a soft space for deep unlearning. I welcome all who resonate with this liberatory path toward reclamation of self.
My Background and Approach
My background is rooted in intersectional advocacy and systemic change. With a B.A. in Women’s Studies, an MSW, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership, I don’t just look at symptoms; I look at the systems impacting your life. I spent seven years in public schools battling the status quo and institutionalized thinking. For you, this means a therapist who understands how to navigate—and deconstruct—the rigid structures that cause burnout and harm. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, and Black and LGBTQ+ mental health. My experience allows me to guide you through life transitions and identity work by challenging the pressures of capitalism and patriarchy. At Say More Therapy, we move away from performative healing toward a liberatory path. My credentials ensure I see the "why" behind your struggle, while my experience provides the tools for your reclamation. Whether you are unlearning or evolving, you are seen here in your full complexity.
