I have over 25 years of experience working in hospitals, mental health and school settings. I am here to provide support using strength-based and mindfulness approaches to help you overcome these challenges. My Background and Approach
In my therapy practice, I look forward to working with you to build your self-esteem, improve relationships, develop healthy communication strategies, address past traumas, and life transitions. These may be challenging times but together we can develop new coping skills, improve your mental and physical health, and create more happiness in your life. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic environment for everyone and to help clients build healthy relationships, self-trust, love and confidence. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's common for individuals to develop triggers, dwell on the past, and worry about the future. However, we possess the ability to live in the present by confronting our past and acquiring healthy coping mechanisms for future challenges. Often, we may not understand the reasons behind our actions or mood swings, but therapy can help us recognize and comprehend our behaviors, teaching us effective coping strategies to foster greater peace and joy in our lives. I create a safe environment for my clients to share, heal and become confident in facing life's challenges.
