There are often images and rhetoric that make us question if we are on the right path, especially when we are still trying to discover ourselves. Anxiety and depression are two outcomes that we need to learn to heal through. The ultimate goal is to enjoy the journey of knowing ourselves and loving the person we blossom into. I utilize a strength-based integrative therapeutic approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Bowen Natural Family Systems. I am intentional in the selection of techniques and tools for the individual I work with.
