My background includes inpatient geriatric care and supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s. I have over two years of experience in neurofeedback and will be offering LENS neurofeedback beginning June 2025 at Holistic Health & Healing Center. This noninvasive, brain-based approach helps with trauma, anxiety, attention, and cognitive function. My work focuses on supporting emotional regulation and nervous system balance through safe, individualized neurofeedback protocols.
