I help people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationship problems overcome their challenges and begin to thrive. My clients learn new ways to relate to themselves and the people around them as we heal their traumas.
My Background and Approach
I am an attachment based Certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I have specialized training in treating trauma and working with victims of abuse. I'm also an EFT therapist who helps couples heal and deepen their connection. I utilize an evidence based modality to reprocess past experiences and negative beliefs so that my client's can live in the present with new positive beliefs about themselves and the world. By working with me, my client learn new, healthier ways to navigate their negative self-talk, relationship issues, and life stressors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people are worthy of love and acceptance as they are. I have yet to meet a person who has made it through life unscathed. Whether your traumas are big "T" like abuse, war, systemic racism etc... or little "t" like emotional neglect, rejections, or microaggressions, etc... I believe there is hope for you to overcome these challenges.
