About My Clients
I work with young adults and middle-agers (15-55) facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and life transitions. My approach is straightforward and honest, focusing on practical tips and flexible telehealth support. Whether you're juggling school, work, or relationships, I offer tools to ease your symptoms and help you feel more in control.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) serving as the Associate Medical Director at Rose City Detox and running LiveWell, LLC in Ridgefield, WA. My background includes working in various hospitals across Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Georgia, Alabama, and Massachusetts, where I’ve led healthcare teams and treated complex cases involving psych, neuro, and substance use disorders. My focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I emphasize compassionate, patient-centered care while using practical solutions to empower my clients. Telehealth sessions offer the flexibility needed to fit mental health support into your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected. My approach is rooted in compassion and practicality, with a focus on helping clients navigate life’s challenges without overwhelming them with complex jargon. I value honesty, empathy, and dignity in every interaction, and I tailor treatment to meet each person's unique needs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Buddy, my loyal German Shorthair, who keeps life real and down-to-earth.
