It can feel overwhelming to embark on the search & discovery of one’s most authentic self while navigating the world we are living in. To learn what works & what you’d like to change. To find the language to communicate who you are to yourself & others. It can help to have someone accompany you as you learn & remember who you are or want to become.
My Background and Approach
I can provide a space for all that you carry to be witnessed, validated, & explored. I’d love to join you in your journey towards embracing both the beautiful & painful complexities of being human.I am no stranger to therapy & know what it feels like to sit on the other side of the room. I value giving you a sense of autonomy. I collaborate with you & operate from a place of relationship- which I believe can be the most healing tool. I hope to be a witness to your emotions & stories, to remind you that you do not have to journey through this alone. I specialize in grief, anxiety, religious trauma, addictions, boundaries, & in working with the LGBTQIA+ community as a queer therapist.
