My Background and Approach
My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), play-based, client-centered interventions, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem challenges, depression, peer and relationship concerns, school-related stress, communication skills, and life transitions. I have experience working with children, preteens, teens, and adults, including students and professionals, balancing high expectations and daily stressors. Together, we focus on small, realistic changes that reduce overwhelm, strengthen emotional regulation and confidence, and foster gratitude, resilience, and a greater sense of control in everyday life.
