You’re constantly worrying about what others think, putting everyone’s needs before your own, and feeling like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough. When things feel out of your control, the anxiety, guilt, and pressure to hold it all together can leave you exhausted and disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to do it alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can finally exhale. Where resentment softens, balance feels possible, and you begin to feel like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
As a mom, I know firsthand the pressures of trying to do it all. I love helping overwhelmed moms, perfectionists, and people-pleasers reconnect with themselves and build lives that feel more joyful and fulfilling. Using EMDR, we will get to the root of the problem by targeting past experiences that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns. We will gently heal the experiences that taught you your needs come last or that love has to be earned through doing more. With ACT, we reconnect you with your values so you can make choices from a grounded, confident place, rather than a place of guilt or fear.
