About My Clients

My background as a veteran has steered me towards trauma informed care. I started working with mostly trauma diagnosis back in 2014, but have since branched into anxiety and depression. I also stay current on neurodivergent literature. I know how quickly ADHD fatigue can turn into depression, and how often ADHD gets overlooked in some people because it does not present as "expected".

My Background and Approach

I received my Masters in Social Work from Wheelock College in Boston, Ma. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and take a person-centered approach to therapy. I am an Air Force veteran with a passion for being a mental health ally for veterans and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am looking forward to becoming certified in EMDR therapy. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, Orangetheory, and traveling to visit family.
