Through my clinical work, I have gained an understanding that living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns, impacts everything one does in daily life. With specialized training in health psychology, mood issues, and the treatment of overlapping medical and mental health concerns, I help clients identify their unique needs and establish achievable goals towards feeling better.
