About My Clients
Are you struggling with anxiety or stress? Are you feeling burnt out? I provide online therapy for young adults who are hoping to feel more grounded in a chaotic world. I work most often with young adults who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression and are going through life transitions or relationship issues. I want to support my clients with feeling deeply heard and validated, while also helping them to feel empowered and confident outside of therapy.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Mindful Self-Compassion.
