About My Clients
I assist clients identify and explore problems that may be getting in the way of a rewarding life, a better self image, or more fulfilling relationships. I have a passion for helping people find their inner strength and overcome obstacles while emphasizing on healing and growth. I enjoy working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. My specialty areas included: self esteem/confidence, neurodiversity; ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, grief/loss.
My Background and Approach
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2013 with experience in multiple settings, including outpatient, in-home/community based, and school-located. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with clients, based on needs, to work on clients goals in therapy. I am an integrative and holistic therapist with advanced training in art therapy, ART, and animal assisted. I offer creative and experiential interventions which can enhance an experience. Art making and creativity does not require an artistic background or expertise, all that is needed is an openness to create, explore, and reflect through the creative process. I also offer supervision for ATR/ATR-P, LPC/LPCC licenses.
