My Background and Approach
My experience in the human service field has provided me with the opportunity to fulfill my passion of helping others and responding to the needs of a diverse population. Beyond private practice, I have extensive experience providing therapeutic services in various settings including psychiatric hospitals, adolescent group homes, and university counseling centers. My expertise extends to the treatment of anxiety disorders, anger and stress management, and developing work/life balance.
