I’m a licensed mental health counselor with advanced training in anxiety, relationships, and eating disorders, and years of experience working with individuals and couples who feel stuck despite appearing “high-functioning” on the outside. I specialize in helping clients untangle patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, and disconnection from their bodies, so they can feel more grounded and in control. My approach is direct, warm, and insight-driven—we don’t just talk about what’s happening, we understand why it’s happening and how to shift it. Whether you’re navigating body image struggles, a difficult relationship with food, or feeling overwhelmed in your relationships, our work together will help you build clarity, confidence, and real, lasting change in how you experience yourself and your life.
