My Personal Beliefs and Interests
After giving birth to my first child I suffered from postpartum anxiety and found myself yelling at my sensitive child. After seeking psychotherapy & non-talk evidence-based modalities, I had a profound transformation in my life. My own experience as a mother became my greatest teaching, & I started a mission of creating a life of healing. This led me to research more and more about school social work, parenting, and eventually inner child healing. My clinical practice was created with a mission in mind. I help high-achieving moms and dads heal their inner child. I hope to manifest a life of joy for me & my clients. A place where we learn to resonate joy at work & home.
