Accepting Clients

I'm Rachel (she/her) and I am a psychotherapist for adolescents and young adults in Philadelphia, PA.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Philadelphia, PA

About My Clients

Whether you are trying to navigate adolescence (or you are the parent of one) or you are learning the ins and outs of "adulting," these transitions into these new chapters of life can leave many with feelings of excitement and anxiety. I understand the impact of these feelings and how they can deeply shape your internal experiences. In our sessions, I am here to support you on your journey, whatever your experience looks like, to help you more confidence and control in your life.

My Background and Approach

I hold a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and earned my masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Having a degree in this field has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to see my clients as parts of their larger systems, such as their relationships, community, and culture. With this viewpoint, it is my goal to guide individuals towards greater understanding and acknowledgement of the impact of their environmental and relational influences on their own experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value warmth, humor, honesty, and trust within the therapeutic relationship. I believe that building a relationship that feels authentic and inviting can enable clients to feel motivated towards making positive changes in their lives. With this said, I also welcome clients to share all parts of themselves with me, including hobbies, interests, and other aspects of their life that make up their whole selves.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
