About My Clients
I specialize in working with perinatal and postpartum issues. If you are pregnant, a new parent or navigating the many challenges of parenthood, we may be a good fit for one another. I also support clients who are amidst or processing a life transition, feeling stuck, or seeking relief from patterns of anxiety, depression, and/or self-criticism.
My Background and Approach
As a holistic psychotherapist, I draw from a variety of research-based techniques and modalities including Mindful Self-Compassion, Somatic (Body) Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, tailored to your specific objectives and needs. Our work will begin with assessment and collaborative goal setting. It is important to me that I get to know you as a whole person—your strengths, passions, successes, and aspirations as well as what is feeling challenging and painful right now. In the sessions following, we will engage insight, experiential, and action based work. I highly value your commitment and time, and I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience that is effective and supportive of the change you want to see.

I support my client in deepening their self-awareness, understanding their patterns, strengthening their relationships with self and others, and aligning their choices with their values and inner wisdom.
