My Background and Approach
There's not a "one size fits all" approach for people to make changes. It can help by getting perspectives different from ourselves to look at our situation differently. Or sometimes having a person outside of our lives offer validation can be very empowering and lower difficult emotions like shame. I am passionate about helping people find ways to increase their resilience. Therapy isn't all about focusing on what's wrong, but on ways to increase strengths.
