My Background and Approach
My therapy approach incorporates cognitive behavioral techniques, helping my clients to identify and challenge their negative thought patterns and develop a more positive outlook on themselves and the world around them. I also utilize an Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework to address past trauma, work through deeper emotional issues, and facilitate personal growth and healing. I focus on identifying my clients’ strengths and helping them to build the confidence required to achieve their goals and make necessary changes that impact their lives for the better. My ideal client values a therapeutic relationship that is empathetic and non-judgemental but also welcomes direct feedback, humor and accountability.
