I work with young adults and couples. My specializations include generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and life transitions.
I graduated from NKU with two master’s degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling. My main theory in counseling is person-centered with cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in creating a non-judgmental environment that emphasizes unconditional positive regard to the client.
I believe that the client is an expert on themselves and so my sessions are based on ensuring that they have a nonjudgemental environment with unconditional positive regard.
I help young adults and adolescents to work through anxiety from home and school life.
