About My Clients
I work mainly with adolescents and children but I have worked with all age ranges. My specializations include generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and anger management. I offer both group and individual sessions.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from NKU with two master’s degrees in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling. My main theory in counseling is person-centered with cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in creating a non-judgmental environment that emphasizes unconditional positive regard to the client.
