About My Clients

I have the honor of working with clients seeking relief from anxiety, overthinking, and lack of fulfillment. It’s extremely important for me to provide clients with a comfortable and non-judgmental space. At a first session- expect to: Be welcomed by a warm and open person Meet and discuss how you've been feeling Talk about your goals for therapy Gather information to help me make a plan tailored to what you want to work on

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA with 11 years of experience, specializing in anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive issues, trauma, relationship struggles, and substance use. I view therapy as a partnership where your unique values guide our work together. In sessions, expect warmth, empathy, and tailored strategies that honor your journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm warm and welcoming in therapy and I view therapy as a partnership between myself and my clients. I may be a specialist in how to treat symptoms, but you are the specialist on yourself, your values and your goals. My focus in therapy is on understanding my client's values and exploring what holds them back from living purposeful and fulfilling lives. I work with clients on changing the way the relate to their thoughts, the way they behave and the way they feel. I work a lot on practicing being present to experience life to its fullest.
