My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change at any point in their lives. Mental health challenges often arise from unhealthy learned behaviors—but those behaviors can be unlearned and replaced with healthy, empowering ones. I also believe in the power of personal experience: having overcome severe anxiety and panic attacks myself, I know that freedom from fear is possible. I value inclusivity, nonjudgment, and actively support the LGBTQ community. I believe in standing up for what’s right, participating in marches and community actions, and creating spaces where everyone feels safe and respected. I approach life with humor, authenticity, and hope, and I’m committed to helping others build healthier habits, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance and well-being. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges, heal, and grow. Every journey begins with your story, and together we explore it with care and understanding.
