About My Clients
Hi there and welcome! Are you facing struggles like anxiety, depression (postpartum or otherwise), parenting, relationship or interpersonal issues? Maybe you're noticing that- as a response to stress or old habits- you've built an unhealthy relationship to alcohol, substances or food. My Background and Approach
Therapy is never one-size-fits all and I pride myself on individualized treatment. I do much of my work with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, which looks at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. CBT combined with mindfulness and psychoeducation helps many individuals make big strides. I am also a true believer in honest feedback to ensure we are making progress in your goals.
