In trauma-focused therapy, I provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to process and heal from their trauma. In addressing depression, my therapeutic approach involves providing a supportive environment for clients to explore the underlying factors contributing to their emotional struggles. Through a combination of talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, IFS and EMDR, I collaborate with individuals to reframe negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies.
