About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating life transitions, stress, or relationship challenges. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a background in working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings. I approach therapy from a systemic and person-centered perspective, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments all shape how we think, feel, and function. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, and I focus on helping clients build insight, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value creating an inclusive, affirming space where all individuals feel safe to show up as their full, authentic selves. I am committed to practicing with cultural humility and respect for diverse identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. I support and affirm the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide care that is sensitive to each person’s unique story. I believe in meeting people with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Outside of the therapy space, I value connection, balance, and the mind-body relationship, and I bring that perspective into my work. I am passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life in a way that aligns with their values and sense of self.
