Using a collaborative approach, we will develop a plan by which to address your concerns. Therapeutically, we will integrate components from multiple theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Reality Therapy, Internal Family Systems and, somatic and mindfulness techniques. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. You can expect a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs to help attain the personal growth you’re striving for. My goal is to help you to gain the tools that you need, that work best for you, so that you can go on to live a more balanced life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that within each of us there is a spark of hope, of a desire to change, to be more than what we are right now. Within that spark is the motivation and determination to progress through life's challenges and to start the path you were meant to be on. While this is hard work, it is worth it. I've seen the changes happen within myself and within so many others who I've met and guided along the way.
