Rachel collaborates with children, young adults, and adults to support their ability to achieve their fullest potential through creating a safe place and bear witness to their experiences along their chosen path. Her professional interests include Art Therapy, Yoga, and transpersonal perspective. Rachel has experience in working with the lifespan in grief, end of life care, and trauma. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and trauma-related issue
My Background and Approach
Rachel is also a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She is also a Doctoral Candidate at Florida State University Department of Art Education with Specialization in Art Therapy. Rachel has published and presented on art therapy and bereaved youth.
