About My Clients
Do you feel like you have the capability to tap into your inner resources but don't know where to start? That is where I come in, I truly believe that we have the inner strength to live a life we love. My main focus is those who struggle with Anxiety, caregivers and those in the helping professions. I would be glad to walk with you on your path, providing you assistance with the skills to draw from that inner strength.
My Background and Approach
I work from a person-centered motivational interviewing approach, and I am working on becoming skilled in using ERP and ACT. I am also skilled in providing Brainspotting phase II. We will use a multi-faceted approach brining in and going beyond the intellectual part of your brain to create lasting healing, balance and ability to deal with challenges that come your way. We will practice allowing for the discomfort and what it feels like to be resourced and grounded in your body. My goal is to have you be able to deal with the discomfort rather than push it away and be able to have the resources to utilize the skills to be able to provide you with a quicker response to come back to a neutral and balanced state.
