Hello! I’m a LCSW specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). If you have tried traditional talk therapy and it hasn’t worked for you I encourage you to give EMDR a try. EMDR doesn’t require you to talk in detail about what is bothering you but rather helps you process the negative image, belief or emotion through the use of eye movements or tapping resulting in a reduction of symptoms. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am trained in EMDR therapy. I help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression and grief. We will work collaboratively to help you heal from past hurts, traumas and the negative scripts that are running your show. We all have a past and sometimes can get stuck there. This can keep us from the success we desire or prevent us from being our authentic self. I’ve learned through experience that each person comes to the table with their own story and strengths to pull from.
