My clients experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and other related mental health issues that make it hard to manage responsibilities and enjoy life. My Background and Approach
I have worked full time as a school social worker in both middle school and high school settings for the last 10 years. This experience has provided me with the skills to help people just like you. I understand the pressure that teenagers face as they are expected to maintain good grades and socialize with peers while going through many developmental changes. I provide a supportive and understanding environment for my clients. My goal is to help you find tools to help manage stress more effectively.
