About My Clients
Do you feel like you've lost touch with yourself? Are you questioning your relationships, career, identity, or next step? Maybe you're overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, or repeating patterns you can't seem to break. I help adults and young adults better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel more aligned with their values, purpose, and the person they want to become.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self while building practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're seeking immediate coping strategies or deeper insight into long-standing patterns, our work will be personalized to support lasting change. I hold master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and Psychology from New York University. My background in psychotherapy, clinical research, and health coaching allows me to combine psychological science with compassionate, individualized care to help you create meaningful, lasting growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. Every person has a unique story shaped by their relationships, culture, experiences, and strengths, and I strive to create a space where every aspect of your identity is welcomed with curiosity, respect, and compassion. I value authenticity, lifelong learning, and the belief that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. My background in psychology, research, behavioral therapy, and health coaching has strengthened my appreciation for combining scientific evidence with the human connection that makes therapy so powerful. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and believe therapy should be culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and affirming. Whether you're seeking relief from a current challenge or looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you as you build a life that feels more aligned with your values, relationships, and sense of purpose.
