My approach is positive and solution oriented. Every person and situation is different, I work primarily with adults that are struggling with life's challenges by providing guidance and support. I can help you understand your emotions as well as build healthy coping skills. My hope for you is to be able to take the first step towards change, the next steps we will be taking together.
