About My Clients
Did you know that if you have ADHD, you are more likely to struggle with anxiety & depression? You might also struggle with relationships, staying on task, managing emotions, and difficulties at work or school. You may feel like you are working against your brain versus with it. Having ADHD and it affecting your life daily feels exhausting.
My Background and Approach
My goal as a therapist is to help you feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I approach therapy more as a conversation between the two of us and address any concerns or needs you feel are important. I approach each session with an open mind and without judgment. As a therapist who also has ADHD, I understand the struggle of ADHD both personally and professionally. I am trained to use a variety of skills to help you understand and manage your ADHD. I love educating my clients on ADHD and how to manage their symptoms, while understanding their brain. We will look at how ADHD affects you, and the tools to help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is overwhelming living with an ADHD brain. You have been taught how to do things that go against how your brain works versus learning how to lean into your ADHD. My goal is to help you feel empowered and educated regarding your ADHD and how to manage it. Reach out and we can work together on helping you meet your full potential.
