About My Clients

I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, BDSM community, those who are neurodiverse, and those who are non-monogamous. I am an identity affirmative and sex-positive therapist. Clinical interests and specialties include: trauma recovery; neurodiversity; chronic illness; inner child/attachment work; sex therapy; women's issues.

My Background and Approach

My counseling is holistic and trauma-sensitive, incorporating a mind/body/spirituality approach. I utilize a variety of models and evidence-based practices to assist clients, including Somatic Experiencing, Feminist Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Shame Resiliency Theory.
