About My Clients
I’m certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, BFRBs, and trauma. I provide a supportive, affirming space for LGBTQIA2S+ clients and help everyone build skills to manage strong emotions with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges with body image and self-connection. I help clients make sense of what's weighing on them and find ways to reconnect with themselves. In our first sessions, we'll focus on what matters most to you and build a plan that supports growth, self-compassion, and steady progress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I believe therapy should be affirming, socially aware, and grounded in dignity. Our identities and lived experiences matter, as do the systems that shape our mental health. I am HAES-aligned and support body autonomy and weight-inclusive care, particularly for those navigating eating disorders and body image concerns. I also volunteer with local mutual aid groups, reflecting my commitment to community care beyond the therapy room. My values center on inclusivity, racial equity, and compassionate, trauma-informed support where you are met with respect and authenticity.
