The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over time and my career helping people just like you. My goal is to help you gain the confidence and knowledge needed to live a fulfilling and happy life. I will hold you accountable and give you tangible exercises to practice in between and after sessions. I will address everything from your mental health, relational issues, physical health and nutrition, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I believe mental health issues can be learned behaviors and thoughts over time, which we will address and practice replacing these thoughts and habits. I am open minded, inclusive of everyone. I love to watch my clients thrive.
