My Background and Approach
I utilize third wave cognitive behavioral therapies, such as Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety have been proven to significantly increase therapeutic success. Through these practices, individuals gradually and effectively learn to handle anxiety and face their fears .
