My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and evidence-based. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, Psychodynamic approach and Mindfulness-based interventions to provide individualized care. I believe that each person's journey is unique and that the therapeutic relationship is key to successful treatment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals facing life transitions and stressors. My work is grounded in the principles of social justice and anti-oppression. I strive to provide culturally sensitive services and work to address the impact of systemic oppression on mental health.
