About My Clients
I believe it is vital to support moms and families from challenges with fertility to pregnancy and through the postpartum period. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health and can provide support throughout the journey of motherhood. Additionally, I have spent time working with individuals living with cancer and their caregivers. I understand how changes in physical health can significantly impact emotional well being, relationships, and daily routines.
My Background and Approach
I specialized in Health Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have completed additional training to obtain my PMH-C to further support my specialization in maternal mental health. Other areas of focus include grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety disorders, and depression. I utilize a collaborative, strengths based approach with elements of CBT in my work with clients. I feel therapy should be comfortable and accessible, and I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore and grow as they work towards their goals.
