About My Clients
You might find yourself people-pleasing, overthinking, or unsure of what you actually need, want, or feel. Together, we slow things down to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll explore the patterns you keep getting pulled into, whether that’s with food, relationships, or how you relate to yourself, and begin to make sense of them so you can feel more grounded, steady, and connected.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential. I integrate somatic and relational work to help you tune into both your emotional and physical experiences, so you can better understand yourself and respond to your needs with more clarity and care. Rather than focusing only on problem-solving, we pay attention to what’s happening in real time, how you feel, how you react, and what your body is telling you. This allows us to move beyond insight and into a more embodied way of relating to yourself. Over time, this work helps you build a stronger sense of self-trust and make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, get curious, and show up as you are. Many of the patterns we struggle with were shaped in relationship, and they begin to shift in relationship too. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood, and less alone in what you’re carrying. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself over time.
