About My Clients
You may understand your patterns and still feel caught in them: dating people who leave you guessing, putting work ahead of everything else, or feeling anxious even when life looks good. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and relationship concerns. Many are creatives or professionals who want more room for connection, purpose, and a life outside work. You may have tried therapy before and be ready to move from understanding into practice.
My Background and Approach
I'm active, direct, and relational. I ask questions, share what I notice, and help you try new responses to familiar situations. I earned my MSW at Columbia University and spent four years as an ER social worker before working in music and live entertainment. I understand the pressures of demanding work and changing direction. I offer talk therapy, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). My KAP training includes Polaris and Journey Clinical. I provide preparation, psychotherapy during ketamine sessions, and integration; Journey Clinical's medical team handles evaluation and prescribing. Therapy is online throughout California, with KAP also available through home visits in Los Angeles. I'm an Associate Clinical Social Worker, ASW #138291, at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, supervised by Aidan Pelly, LMFT #117163. Book a complimentary 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation to see whether working together feels like a fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe change takes practice, room to get things wrong, and someone who can see possibilities when you are having trouble seeing them yourself. Small shifts count: saying what you mean, holding a boundary, or trying again after a difficult week. You do not have to earn my respect by being productive, agreeable, or easy to understand. I want to know what matters to you, including the parts that do not fit other people's expectations. There is room here to talk openly about gender, sexuality, relationships, ambition, and uncertainty. Art and music have been central to my life, and I care about making room for curiosity and creativity alongside responsibility. Outside of work, you will often find me with my dog, Babooshka.
