About My Clients
Are you Burnt out? Diagnosed with ADHD (or suspect a diagnosis) late in life? Recovering from or deconstructing your faith and/or past involvement with religious organizations or high control groups? These are some of the frequent topics I find my clients working through, and I am happy to welcome others who are seeking support and healing by offering a safe and validating space to understand what you need to feel your best and most confident.
My Background and Approach
I have spent the last 10 years working as a mental health therapist, and in the past 4 years I have put a focus on expanding my space and availability for private practice clients from all walks of life. I work with clients to feel most like themselves, understand their needs, and validate their feelings and experiences. Stress, trauma, conflicts, and burnout can all increase the burden of mental health symptoms, but with support and commitment to healing, I have seen countless clients transform their lives and relationships into a "life worth living for".
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My beliefs and values are centered around safety, autonomy, and respect. I am vocal in affirming and validating members of marginalized and/or nuanced communities such as Neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Religious Trauma/ Spiritual Abuse, Feminism/ Women's Issues with Oppression. I believe in Harm Reduction and voluntary engagement in therapy.
