My Background and Approach
Rachel Innerarity is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas who specializes in Couples and Family Therapy. She will work with you and your partner to help reconnect and rekindle. She provides in-depth assessment and analysis to help pinpoint your most significant areas of friction and develop a targeted and individualized plan to set you and your partner on a path towards success. Through guided sessions, Rachel can walk you step by step to help you develop the skills necessary to navigate conflict successfully, express your feelings more fully, and connect with one another on a deeper, more intimate level. Rachel has received Level 3 Training in the Gottman Method.
