About My Clients
I work in-person in Brookline and on telehealth in Massachusetts with individuals 14+ and have a particular interest in working with BIPOC individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework. I approach therapy with the understanding that our identities, relationships, and emotional experiences are shaped by the systems we move through. At the same time, I believe in each person’s capacity to define their own path and reconnect with their values and needs in a way that feels authentic. My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, and narrative approaches based on what feels most helpful for each individual. I aim to create a space that feels warm, explorative, and empowering. I support clients in finding their voice, making sense of their experiences, and re-authoring the stories they carry about themselves.
